An engineer by education, worked in banking, specifically in treasury and investment banking in Bangladesh for over 23 years in Bangladesh and ~3 years in the US as an engineer in IBM.

In the previous role as the Head of Global Markets in HSBC Bangladesh, led HSBC to be the leading treasury unit in the country in SPOT, FWD & SWAP trading. Launched first ever BDT options in the market and helped the Government achieve a higher than expected credit rating from S&P and Moody’s.

Currently, working for RSA Capital in various M&A and debt syndication deals, particularly performing client relations, leading the research team and looking after the HR functions.
